Trips and Load Radar
Assigned stops, times, and route match what dispatch sees on the board, plus nearby matched loads a driver can flag interest on.
the product
bidding
Bidders is built around the broker offer emails you already receive — no board scraping, no credentials. The workflow keeps the original message one click away for the odd detail an offer leaves out.
Check complete / deadhead within range
Route, equipment, miles, and pickup timing are pulled into fields you can scan, weighed against where your trucks actually sit right now.
The reply is prepared with truck, ETA, and rate expectation filled in. A road-deadhead guard checks the trip to pickup before you send.
Review broker responses and decide the next step before you send.
Bidders does not auto-book loads. A dispatcher reviews every prepared reply before it goes out.
driver app
Bidders Driver is the driver-side companion to the dispatch board. After a bid is accepted, dispatch creates and assigns follow-up work; the app tracks assigned loads.
Shown capability
en route to pickup
Assigned stops, times, and route match what dispatch sees on the board, plus nearby matched loads a driver can flag interest on.
Location is shared with dispatch while tracking is switched on in the app. A trip in progress turns it on; the driver can switch it off from the home screen.
Upload proof-of-delivery photos with the load.
Dock changes and delivery instructions stay in one thread tied to the trip, not scattered across texts.
back office
Loads, fleet, and teams live in one system, with an accounting desk that turns RateCons, PODs, and workbook rows into a decision instead of a folder of attachments.
Delivered, free, confirmed, invoiced, closed: the state machine rejects a backward or skipped move, so closeout can't get ahead of the paperwork.
Vehicle and driver records export to spreadsheet with the columns and filters you choose, so a compliance or roster pull doesn't need a rebuild each time.
RateCons, PODs, and corrections queue for review before an accountant approves the export. It's organized paperwork, not IFTA, factoring, or two-way QuickBooks sync.
Teams and permissions separate who can bid, who can approve accounting, and who administers the account.

Candidate matching includes distance and drive time to pickup. Verified Valhalla distance is one supported source.

academy
Academy is a training course built into the product: lessons, quizzes, homework, and a proctored final exam, organized into cohorts a candidate joins with an invite code.
Candidates join a cohort with an invite code and progress through gated lessons in order.
Each lesson can carry a quiz or homework; a proctored final exam gates completion.
Academy managers grade open responses and see cohort-level progress and readiness before a candidate is handed a live board.
