Delete your account

Applies to the Bidders platform and the Bidders Driver app (GlovBE Group Inc).

How to request deletion

• Email support@bidde.rs with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address on your account. If you can't use that address, tell us and we'll verify your identity another way.
• If your account was created by your carrier or dispatch company, you can also ask your company administrator to remove you.

We confirm the request, then complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email, phone number).
• Your location history collected by the Bidders Driver app. Positions that are already part of your company's completed trip records may remain inside those business records, no longer linked to an active account.
• Your device information and push notification tokens.

What may be kept

• Business records your company is required to keep (completed loads, bids, invoices, and shipment documents), retained under their name, not yours, for as long as law and freight-industry record-keeping rules require.
• Messages you sent remain visible to the people and company you sent them to, no longer attributed to an active account.

Before you go

Deletion is permanent. We can't restore the account afterwards. If something in the app isn't working, we'd genuinely like the chance to fix it first: support@bidde.rs.
