Questions dispatchers ask us.

Does it work with Sylectus?

Yes. Bidders reads the load offers that already land in your email, including Sylectus blasts and direct broker lists. Nothing changes on the broker's side, and you don't give up your Sylectus account.

Do brokers have to change anything?

No. Brokers keep emailing loads the way they always have. When you bid, the broker gets a normal email reply from your address, with the truck, ETA, and rate expectation filled in. Most never know software was involved.

Does it book loads automatically?

No. Bidders ranks the loads and prepares the reply; a dispatcher clicks send. Rate negotiation and the final yes stay human. We think that's the right place for the line, and it stays there.

What kind of fleet is it for?

US expedite and hot-shot operations: sprinters, straight trucks, hot-shot trailers. It's built for desks running roughly 3 to 50 trucks on broker freight. If you run 200 dry vans on contract lanes, we're probably not your tool.

How long does setup take?

One conversation and one email change: point a copy of your broker email at Bidders and loads appear on your board the same day. The driver app rolls out per driver whenever you're ready; dispatch works without it until then.

What do drivers have to do?

Install the Bidders Driver app, sign in, and stay on duty. Trips arrive on the phone; tracking runs in the background while they're on assignment so nobody has to answer "where's the truck" calls. What the app collects is spelled out in the privacy policy.

Who sees my data?

Your workspace belongs to your company. We don't sell data and we don't run ads. The details, including what brokers see when you bid, are in the privacy policy.

What does it cost?

We're onboarding early fleets right now and pricing is per truck, agreed during the demo. Bring your real broker email to the demo and you'll see your own loads ranked before you decide anything. Book a demo.
